Position Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Careers and Work Integrated Learning, the MBA Career Coaching and Education Lead (CCEL) will strategically plan, deliver and delegate career coaching and education support for MBA students in the Alberta School of Business. As a critical function within the School’s Office of Careers and Work Integrated Learning (CWIL), this portfolio of activities are designed to support and empower MBA students, who have wide ranging career interests and degree backgrounds, in their career development, work search and refinement of networking skills. The MBA CCEL will work with students throughout the full cycle of their career planning from participation in orientation activities, to providing curricular career development support, one-to-one coaching, resource recommendations and assisting with work search strategies. In addition, this role will provide functional oversight and guidance to additional MBA Coaching and Education staff and will contribute to supporting and assigning projects to co-op student roles in the CWIL office.
