Physical Requirements Occasional lifting/pushing/pulling objects up to 50 pounds. Intermittent standing or walking with objects up to 10 pounds. Sitting at computer workstation for extended periods and occasional job related travel.
Shift Monday-Friday during regular business hours with limited nights/weekends required.
Job Summary The College of Fine Arts seeks applicants for an Administrative Assistant at the Singletary Center for the Arts (SCFA). This position manages SCFA’s main office, handles reception duties, issues and receives contracts, and provides general support to SCFA’s daytime activities. Additionally, this position maintains and oversees university mandated space and equipment inventory for the College. For select events, the Administrative Assistant also assists the Front of House Patron Services team to ensure a quality patron experience. We are looking for an organized and friendly individual who can provide excellent customer service while multi-tasking in a variety of administrative duties.
