The Office of the PVC (Learning Futures) is seeking to appoint a User Experience / Learner Experience Designer to advocate, conceptualise and develop user-centred design assets that are meaningful to students and teaching academics.

You will have experience and knowledge of UX/UI design principles, development of wireframes, user flows, interaction models and interactive prototypes that are replicable, scalable and are informed through data analysis, research, and user testing. Your skills will include expertise in software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Miro and Axure with the ability to communicate design decisions effectively. Additional skills in graphic design and gamification techniques will be looked upon favourably.

The UX/LX Designer will apply their knowledge to help design real-world experiences that make online courses more meaningful to students and design tools and experiences that uplift and assist academic staff. You will collaborate and work closely with the UX/LX Lead and the other streams in the Technology-Enabled Learning (TEL) team, including Learning Science Analysts, Learning Resource Developers and Creative Content Creators.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 7 $110,370 to $119,091 p.a. (comprising Salary of $93,264 to $100,633 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading).
