Flexible, hybrid working: 2 days in the office/2.5 days at home.
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic colleague to join the Partnerships and Placements Team based at our Harcourt Hill campus on the Southern outskirts of Oxford city. There is ample parking if driving and the regular Brookes bus service from the city centre terminates here on campus.
The role will involve daily contact with teaching colleagues and students on our language courses so the post holder will be required to have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to also engage effectively with placement providers and other stakeholders.
Applicants will need to have excellent written and spoken communication skills, good attention to detail and be expected to have good time management skills, with the ability to work creatively and effectively to a variety of deadlines, working on their own initiative but also as part of a high performing team. Familiarity with Google Gmail, team drives and spreadsheets would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.

Interviews will be held in person at the Harcourt Hill campus on Wednesday 30th November and you will be required to take two skills tests prior to the formal panel interview.
