We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a team in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. This role involves managing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and processing customer requests. It offers a short-term contract employment opportunity in a relaxed and casual working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Take and manage inbound calls from customers, ensuring efficient resolution of their inquiries.

• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our database.

• Handle data entry tasks related to customer service.

• Manage email correspondence with customers, providing prompt and accurate responses.

• Coordinate with other team members to ensure a smooth customer service process.

• Use Microsoft Excel and Word for various administrative tasks.

• Work in a high-stress environment, handling upset clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service role

• Proficiency in answering inbound and outbound calls

• Familiarity with call center customer service protocols

• Excellent data entry skills

• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience with order entry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

• High level of patience and empathy towards customers

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent time management skills

• High level of attention to detail

• Ability to multitask effectively

• Knowledge of customer service software is a plus
