| Duties & Responsibilities | Financial Management (academic, grants and contracts): Serves as financial designee; monitor revenue, operational, grants, and Foundation accounts; prepares cost and revenue projections; identifies financial problems and takes corrective action; interpret financial data and assists in department planning; makes budget adjustments as deemed necessary; makes recommendations regarding staffing, capital equipment and improvements; manages and coordinates business operations, including accounts payable/receivable, procurement, travel claim processing and reconciliation; approves or recommends approval of purchases and payments for goods and services ordered. |

| Duties & Responsibilities | Human Resource (non-faculty): Hires and supervises student workers and office temporaries and serves as designee for WorkForum and HR repository, reviews and approves time sheets for monthly and bi-weekly employees, prepares Graduate Assistant contracts/EPAFS. |

| Duties & Responsibilities | Grant/Contracts Financial Management: Assists in developing grant budgets for submissions, monitor grant budgets, orders grant-related equipment and supplies, serves as liaison between department and Research Support and Grant’s Accounting, revises budgets for modifications; monitor personnel splits and grants recovery; monitors IDCR; requests and coordinates advance accounts and cost share accounts as needed. |
