As a Volunteer as Client Health Connection Rep , you will be on our office floor inspiring and helping Home Care Assistance Barrie achieve their health and wellness goals. You will get to create an engaging environment for people in the community. Your role will be to share your passion for health care support with the community through providing tips, advice and providing information to potential clients. We want reps who are outgoing and ready to inspire our community to new levels of client care.
This is a volunteer unpaid position.
Duties
Provide high quality customer service to potential clients
Assist with scheduling health care appointments
Recommend Health Care programs to suit customer goals and needs.
Build positive relationship with office and field staff
Follow up on feedback employee survey
Filing
Assist with training and administrative set up
Assist in attending Job Fairs
Maintain excellent communication with department manager
Complete online training as assigned.
Be an Ambassador for Home Care Assistance Barrie.
Qualifications
Minimum age 14.
Understanding of Health and Wellness principals.
Standard First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
Original Criminal Reference Check with a Vulnerable Sector Screening less than 6 months old.
Fun, friendly and enthusiastic.
Strong Communication skills
Excellent customer service skills.
Hardworking, dependable and a team player.
Genuinely interested in being a part of Health Care working environment
