• Manage the entire recruitment process in English and German, ensuring timely and efficient hiring while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance
• Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, provide recruitment guidance, and advise on hiring best practices
• Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a robust pipeline of candidates
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ qualifications, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Be responsible for the entire onboarding journey for new employees
• Represent the company on job fairs and internal recruiting events
• Closely collaborate with our subsidiaries to ensure a professional candidate journey across the whole group of companies
• Maintain accurate and up to date records in our applicant tracking system, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports to analyze hiring trends and improve recruitment strategies

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed academic education at least at the Bachelor’s level (preferably with a focus on HR or IT)
• 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Basic understanding of recruiting best practices, tools, and techniques
• Familiarity with a recruitment software and/or any HRIS and profound MS Office skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a high service orientation
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent proficiency in English and German, both spoken and written
