  • Up to $100k FTE/$40,000 pro-rata (depending on experience)
  • 0.4 FTE/15 hours per week, can be split across the week depending on your needs
  • 12 month contract
  • Based at UWA College on the UWA campus in Perth

About the role

Working closely with the Head of Student Services, as the Student Services Officer for accommodation, you will coordinate all aspects of our accommodation service, providing support to students on accommodation issues, and liaising with student accommodation providers.
You will mentor and empathetically assist in the wellbeing of students in regard to their accommodation needs, including airport transfers and tours of accommodation.

You will coordinate administration of an accommodation, ensuring that functions run smoothly and are compliant.

Working as part of a small team, as well as possessing the ability and willingness to multi-task is important, as is the desire to deliver a high standard of service to all our stakeholders while working to continually enhance the student experience for UWA College students.

Location

The position is based in Perth, at The University of Western Australia Crawley campus.
