The Spatial Analysis Center (SAC) Manager will report to Faculty Director and will be responsible for three primary roles. First, developing, implementing, and providing technical support for the research and educational activities of the SAC – with responsibilities both in daily operations, as well as in long-term planning and development of these activities. This will also include the development of a seminar/workshop series in advanced remote sensing methods and applications. Second, is the responsibility to support research efforts by affiliated faculty and students on selected projects, with a possibility to pursue independent research. Lastly, providing teaching support for the course Remote Sensing of Land and other related courses, which would include mentoring students.

To be successful in this position, you will need:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience or combination of education, training, and relevant experience. Advanced degree may be required for some programs. For jobs with financial responsibilities, experience managing a budget and developing financial plans.
