Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented AI/ML Software Engineer / Research Scientist to join our team! In this role you will work with AI model

development.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Implementation and integration of AI model optimization techniques.
• Experience optimizing machine learning for edge and low SWAP devices
• Knowledge of PowerPC, x86 and ARM architectures
• Automating model architecture analysis and schedule its optimization options.
• Performing and documenting research both individually as well as functioning within a team environment
• Building model optimization pipelines
• Benchmarking AI model performance metrics
• Contributing to code development, code reviews, documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• Education: B.S. / M.S in computer sciences and 2-5 years of professional experience in software development

• Experience in working with and administering Linux systems, and using Python, Bash, C++ and source control/software repositories

• Active Secret clearance

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:

• Knowledge in Machine Learning concepts such as quantization, pruning and optimization techniques

• Experience in developing PyTorch and TensorFlow based AI solutions, or any related experience

• Familiarity with gathering results and publishing findings into technical and academic research publications

Salary Range: 

$96,400.00 – $168,700.00
