Sessional Lecturer, College of Education, EFDT 845.3, Cross Cultural Research Methodologies

The Department of Educational Foundations, College of Education invites applications for a Sessional Lecturer to teach the following course during the 2025-26 Summer session:

Course Number, Section, and Name: EFDT 845 Cross-Cultural Research Methodologies

Term and Course Dates: Summer Session, Q4 (July 18 to August 1, 2026)

CRN: 42530

Delivery Mode: This course will be offered as a study tour

Course Schedule: 8hrs/day for the duration of the course. Course will be offered off site, on a land-based learning location at Bridge River, British Columbia.

Expected Enrollment Limit: 25

Qualifications: Instructor must hold a doctorate, have expertise in Indigenous land-based education, and be willing to travel to Bridge River, British Columbia to engage with students in a land-based learning study tour-like setting. (Travel expenses will be covered by MILBE).

A valid driver’s license is required for off-campus courses. Appointment periods include additional days in recognition of preparation and marking time required. Courses may be cancelled due to low enrolment.
