If so, we have an exceptional opportunity for you to join our team as a key player in supporting the back end of line development for new automotive powerIC and discrete MOSFET technologies!In your new role you will:

• Support back end of line development for new automotive powerIC and discrete MOSFET technologies
• Define, request and specify new unit process steps and take care of their integration in the process flow of next generation wafer technologies
• Support the production team in the ramp up of new technologies

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree (Master or PhD) in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry or similar with focus on semiconductor technology
• 3+ years of experience in process integration or technology development
• First project management experience is of advantage
• Fluent English and basic German skills

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G-H (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-wages-blue-collar-workers-2025.pdf).
