As our new technology expert, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving innovation and advancing our power device technology.
- Developing new power device concepts and providing strategic direction for product performance enhancement , cost efficiency , and quality excellence Collaborating closely with TCAD and application experts to define technology targets , features , and integration strategies Partnering with unit process experts to define unit process requirements aligned with our technology roadmapSupporting the ramp-up phase and facilitating yieldlearning for new technology platforms , working closely with process integration and unit process engineers Regularly engaging with quality and reliability experts to qualify and release new technologies for production Taking the lead on technology development projects , overseeing cost and resource planning , risk management , and reporting To excel in this role, you should possess the following
- A university degree (Master’s or PhD) in Electrical Engineering , Physics , or Material Sciences , preferably with a focus on semiconductor device technology3+ years of hands-on experience in technology development or process integration , with a preference for expertise in power applicationsKnowledge and practical experience in semiconductor manufacturing , particularly in frontend of line process modules, device physics, failure analysis, and reliability Proficiency in statistical analysis and design of experiments Prior experience with process integration and high-volume production is highly desirable Project management experienceor certification is a valuable assetExcellent English language skills are a must, and proficiency in German (or a willingness to learn it) is a significant advantage
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H-I ( ). A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
