We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed individual to be Senior Operations Officer for Lincoln Medical School. This is an opportunity available on a fixed term contract until 26th September 2024. This is a unique opportunity to join the Medical School at an exciting time.

The post holder will manage the Lincoln Medical School Professional Services Team including the delivery of a busy remit of operations. The post holder will ensure the effective and efficient delivery of school processes, in partnership with the University of Nottingham service teams as appropriate. The postholder will work closely with the Associate Dean of Medicine and staff across the School and College of Science.

This role will require the use of initiative and forward planning skills. You should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, meticulous organisational skills, the ability to deal with competing demands and possess strong problem solving skills.
