Remuneration: $122,734 – $130,276 pa HEW Level 09 (plus 17% employer superannuation)

Our Business Partnering and Recruitment teams have a portfolio based approach. Each of the teams support and collaborate with each other to ensure our clients are supported with operational and strategic HR services and advice.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support the University’s professional and academic portfolios. As a trusted advisor, you will actively partner with senior stakeholders providing expert advice and customised client solutions, supporting the implementation of people management plans, strategies and initiatives and championing the organisation’s goals and values. 

As a Senior member of the HR team, this role provides forward thinking, future insights and will mentor and coach junior members.
