Job description

We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Database and BI Specialist fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert remotely. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated and will closely cooperate with a major client’s development team.Your tasks:

• Detailed design of components of the system, following internal working practices and standards;
• Design and development of user interfaces, with the user;
• Construction and testing of the program modules;
• Documentation of the system components;
• Communications with internal customers on the project issues.

Requirements

• University degree in Software Engineering or related subject combined with a minimum of 10 years of IT experience;
• Minimum 10 years of experience in modelling and programming Microsoft SQL databases as well as Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) and Microsoft Azure Analysis Services;
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and familiarity with Microsoft SQL Reporting Services (SSRS);
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Azure Synapse or Azure Fabric;
• Experience in designing advanced Microsoft Power BI reports would be an added asset;
• Excellent command of the English language
