Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the clientRequired:
Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
Experience as a Scrum Master (5-8 years);
Experience conducting training sessions and workshops;
Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.);
Preferred:
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar;
Experience in coaching and mentoring teams;
Experience working in the energy sector or with cross-functional engineering teams;
Agile certification(s) such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent;
Bachelor’s degree.
Responsibilities:
Conducts complex operational analyses and leads medium to large project teams that support informed decision making within the business unit;
Review and approve findings to be presented to senior management;
Conduct statistical analyses, and coordinating with other business units regarding initiatives;
Mentor and guide lower level analysts.
