14043– Scrum Master (onsite) – Juno Beach, FLStart Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the clientRequired:

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Experience as a Scrum Master (5-8 years);
• Experience conducting training sessions and workshops;
• Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.);

Preferred:

• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar;
• Experience in coaching and mentoring teams;
• Experience working in the energy sector or with cross-functional engineering teams;
• Agile certification(s) such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent;
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts complex operational analyses and leads medium to large project teams that support informed decision making within the business unit;
• Review and approve findings to be presented to senior management;
• Conduct statistical analyses, and coordinating with other business units regarding initiatives;
• Mentor and guide lower level analysts.
