Overview:Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a SCRUM Master supporting an Intelligence Community Customer.The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally. Responsibilities:

• Leads the development effort by conveying the vision to an Agile or Scrum delivery team, outlining and prioritizing work based on business value.
• Liaises with stakeholders ensuring their interests are included in the release, and the team to ensure the release is developed by the deadline and within budget.
• Responsible for the business aspects of the project, including ensuring the right product is being built, in the right order, within budget and by the deadline.
• Serves as the Agile or Scrum delivery team’s primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision-making.
• Coordinates and monitors the Scrum process from initiation through delivery.
• Serves as liaisons between the product owner, development team, and management in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met.
• Ensures that team members understand project objectives.
• Maintains product backlog and release plan and facilitates productivity by setting up meetings and removing impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of the team’s sprint goals.
• Preserves flexibility and ability to rapidly respond to changes.
• Facilitates an agile development team.
• Develops and manages Agile Scrum Artifacts and Reports.
• Manages the process for how information is exchanged.

Qualifications:Clearance Required: TS/SCIDegree and Years of Experience: 2 to 5 years with BS/BA or 0 to 2 years with MS/MA/MBA or 8 to 10 years with no degree.Required Certifications:

• DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level II certification (i.e., Security+ CE).

Desired Certifications:

• PMP, Scrum Master, and/or Agile certification.
• ITIL Foundations certification.

Required Skills:

• Prior experience on a scrum team.
• Experience managing information technology development projects.
• Demonstrated experience and in-depth understanding of Project Management practices.
• Proven ability to use MS Project to manage projects.
• Demonstrated experience in agile development and production environment.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with ServiceNow.
