Job Summary:

Administers COVID-19 nasal swab tests and/or other approved COVID testing
Oversees testing performed by others

Responsibilities: Provides professional nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation to ensure physical and mental well-being.
  • 75% Provides care to individuals within a specialized area of medicine to ensure physical and mental well-being
  • 15% Educates patients and their support systems on how to manage conditions and to promote the health and well-being of patients and those around them
  • 5% Tracks inventory levels and places replenishment orders
  • 5% May provide expertise, training, and guidance to the community, peers, and/or students

Education:

Preferred
Associate’s Degree

Qualifications:

Licensed as an RN in the state of Wisconsin

License/Certification:

Required
RN – Registered Nurse – State Licensure And/Or Compact State Licensure
Must have current WI license.
Preferred
BCLS – Basic Life Support
Must have current license.

Work Type:

It is anticipated this position requires work be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location.

Appointment Type, Duration:

Terminal, 2 month appointment.
This position has the possibility to be extended or converted to an ongoing appointment based on need and/or funding

Salary:

Minimum $32.00 HOURLY
Depending on Qualifications
