Research Fellow (Bioprinting)

The Singapore Centre for 3D Printing (SC3DP) invites applications for the position of Research Fellow. 

The Singapore Centre for 3D Printing (SC3DP) serves to drive research development and industry adoption of additive manufacturing technology through collaborative projects with leading industry partners, and with schools and research centres within and beyond the University.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Work on a project to conduct the research on bioelectronics platform     

• Integration of tissue and sensors

• Develop biological prototype and concept demonstrator

• Produce research paper and reports

• Mentor students

• Ensure lab safety and assist in purchasing

Job Requirements:

• PhD in Mechanical, Biomedical, Materials Engineering or related field
• Expertise in 3D bioprinting especially with exposure to electronics printing
• Knowledge in cardiac tissue engineering
• Experiences in machine learning, soft robotics and sensors related projects are highly preferred
• Publication track record is an advantage
• Proficiency in English
