About the role
The Office of the DVC Academic is seeking to appoint a Front End developer (Mid or Senior Level) to lead the development of bespoke digital products for a new and transformative postgraduate curriculum. As a Front End developer in the Postgraduate Transformations Team (PGx) you will leverage innovations in digital technology, industry and research to create unique multi-modal learning experiences. This is a full-time, fixed-term appointment until 30 December 2024 based at Penrith Campus.
To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have:
• Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Full Stack Engineer/Developer (specialisation in Front end)
• Experience in a cross-functional agile product team
• Min. 2 years’ experience in React and NodeJS
• Self-starter who has a demonstrated ability to operate across complex projects.
About You
You will be an adept technology developer with fluency in creating and coding digital products that are student-centred and leverage digital technologies. We are looking for someone who can harness the advances in new edtech and collaborate with academics, industry leaders and the wider PGx team, to align the visions of stakeholders and develop differentiated and scalable digital assets for the PGx program. Remuneration Package: HEW Level 9 $142,688 to $152,380 p.a. (comprising Salary of $120,573 to $128,763 p.a., plus 17% Superannuation and Leave Loading).
