Job Overview

The Family Medicine Program Coordinator supports Division Director, Associate Division Director, Division Faculty and Program Manager with administrative responsibilities.

Essential Functions

• Manage divisional faculty schedules in Microsoft Outlook.
• Schedule clerkship didactics and teaching faculty.
• Prepare and distribute clerkship materials.
• Support Associate Division Director with Family Medicine Scholars, including scheduling student experiences.
• Support Homeless Health Elective, including scheduling experiences.
• Support Division Director in scheduling annual review and collecting documentation.
• Proctor and order shelf examination for clerkship students.
• Update family medicine clerkship materials in curriculum mapping software (LEO).
• Coordinate and assist in preparation of distribution of faculty newsletter.
• Prepare content for divisional contribution to department’s social media platforms.
• Manage OneDrive for onboarding of new department administrative personnel.
• Other tasks and responsibilities to meet divisional goals and objectives as requested by the Division Director, Associate Division Director or Program Manager.

Required Education

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Five (5) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.

Required Experience

One (1) year of program coordination experience.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

• Office environment/no specific unusual physical or environmental demands.
