Responsibilities:At Noblis MSD we strive to be one of industry’s top business partners for our Navy clients. We are actively seeking entry-level program/project management anaysts to continue providing exemplary support to our partners at NSWC Philadelphia.Responsibilities include:

• Financial analysis: including tracking program financial burn rates and providing estimates and recommendations; developing and maintaining metrics and visual aides in support of program reviews; assisting Goverment PMs with developing yearly and quarterly budget requirements and end of Fiscal Year (FY) reconciliation
• Coordinating with engineers and techncial leads to gather and report on program status
• Scheduling using MS Project
• Database and recordkeeping management
• Other daily administrative tasking as required

Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and 0-3 years of experience

• US Citizen with the ability to obtain an interim SECRET clearance before starting
• Entry level programmatic, financial and graphics support experience.
• Experience with Excel (for financial tracking, VLookUps, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.)
• Experience using Microsoft Office including Access, Project, and Visio

Desired Qualifications:Additional consideration will be given to candidates with the following experience/skillsets:

• An existing DoD security clearance at the SECRET level or higher
• Knowledge of U.S. Navy programs, organizations, and functions
• Prior experience providing program and/or project management support to Navy clients
• Experience developing tools and metrics in MS Power BI or Power Apps
• Strong communication skills

The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it’s just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
Posted Salary Range: USD $52,600.00 – USD $82,150.00 /Yr.
