Position Summary:

The Department of History at Florida Atlantic University invites applications for a two-year postdoctoral fellowship in ancient and medieval European history. The successful candidate will exhibit promise of excellence in research and teaching. Research fields and subfield specializations are open, but preference will be given to applicants who can contribute to the department’s British History concentration. The teaching load is 2-2 and will include the world history survey, as well as upper-division courses in ancient and medieval European history.
