Job description
Work-related stress experiences are on the rise. Although some employees develop stress-related syndromes in response, others manage to stay well. We will use longitudinal studies to investigate the dynamic relations between work stressors, coping, learning, and well-being among employees.
The tasks of the PhD candidate are:

• organize and execute the data collection and analysis for the different studies
