JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Penn State Ross and Carol Nese College of Nursing seeks to hire a part-time research assistant to aid the jc&research lab team’s overall mission to improve health and justice outcomes for people who have experienced violence. This opening requires someone who can work both independently and within a team. The candidate will be working remotely. Specific work hours will be arranged with successful candidates to achieve the team’s goals.
Job Duties
Part time job duties do not exceed 20 hours per week. Specific duties are performed per the direction of the Principal Investigator including, but not limited to:
Candidates for this opening should show demonstrated ability to work independently, knowledge of gender-based violence, attention to detail, and must have completed their undergraduate degree by the time of hire. CAMPUS SECURITY CRIME STATISTICS:
Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
