| Physical Requirements | The essential functions for this position include the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50-100 pounds on a daily basis and 25-50 pounds frequently; as well as stand, walk and sit for long periods of time. The conditions of work may involve exposure to communicable diseases, hazards of radiation, and injury from intractable patients or sharp instruments. |

| Job Summary | This position has responsibility for administrative, business and operational planning and assessment of the Pediatrics Service Line at Chandler and /or UK HealthCare Enterprise. He/she is intimately involved in the development, implementation, and execution of the strategic plans for perioperative and nursing services. 3 years operating room experience. Basic understanding of patient throughput within the perioperative services and specific areas of responsibility *The University of Kentucky considers the health, safety and well-being of our entire community to be a top priority.
