The Wilberforce Institute and the Law School at the University of Hull is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in modern slavery. The post will be heavily research oriented though there will be teaching opportunities as part of the position in the School of Law and in the Faculties of Business, Law and Politics. The successful applicants will have a relevant PhD, capacity to do internationally leading research in the field of modern slavery, teaching and research experience in social sciences, especially in law, broadly construed. The successful applicants will join a world leading research institution devoted to combating the ills of modern slavery at all levels. Interviews will be held as soon as possible with an ambition to have successful applicants start work during the 2022/23 year.
