• Central responsibility for divisional architecture
• Architectural leadership, guidance, and consulting in the scope of the division
• Creation of methods and practices for division architecture
• Alignment of divisional architecture to the Miba AG Enterprise Architecture
• Identifiying and translating divisional business drivers and requirements into appropriate technology strategy and digital solutions
• Ensuring delivery of products and services agreed in the scope of Enterprise Architecture
• Ensuring accurate documentation for division architecture

Requirements

• Several years of relevant working experience (lead developer, solution or domain architect, or similar)
• Masters’ degree or similar qualification in relevant field
• TOGAF, ArchiMate, SCRUM/SAFe certifications are an advantage
• Strong analytical and communication (and intercultural) skills
• Capability to combine conceptual, logical, and physical levels
• Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Strategic awareness
• Commercial and financial awareness in your field of work
