Investment Administrator

• Full time continuing position for an Investment Administrator
• Providing Administrative support to the investment and capital management team
• Base Salary $79,717 + 17% superannuation 

About the opportunity

A new and exciting opportunity to join the Investment team. The Investment administrator will support the Investment and Capital Management (ICM) team as well as addressing the data management and organisational needs. The role will also be involved in the organization of asset class and sustainability-related reviews, including taking meeting notes for Associate Directors in select fund manager meetings

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• proactively source and request information from fund managers and other service providers in a timely manner
• monitor and track the information from external fund managers and other service providers
• assist the team with migration to new processes, platforms, or data providers ensuring the data integrity and safe storage of records and filles
• extracts and compiles data and information from publicly available sources and subscription-based services to aid the senior team’s research projects.

• planning and ability to work autonomously according to strict deadlines and manage various demands
• computer literacy in standard Microsoft office products such as OneNote, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• flexible mindset and ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and situations
• excellent time and workload management skills with demonstrated ability to problem solve, prioritise workload effectively to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and achieve required outcomes.
