Position Summary
The Department of Fisheries and Wildlife at Michigan State University invites applications for an instructor to teach one section of FW431, ‘Ecophysiology and Toxicology of Fishes’ for Spring 2023. This course typically has an enrollment of approximately 20 upper level undergraduate students. It is a curricular option for several FW concentrations and academic majors. The course meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:30 – 9:50 AM, starting January 9. The course will be taught in person.
Position is planned to recur every Spring Semester

Required Degree
Masters -aquatic environmental toxicology and ecophysiology
Minimum Requirements
Masters degree required. The successful candidate would ideally have training and professional experience in aquatic environmental toxicology and ecophysiology, with familiarity of a variety of toxins and their effects on aquatic fauna and ecosystems. The successful candidate should be passionate about undergraduate teaching.
