• Assists in the design, development, and implementation of online course delivery which may include web and social media content.
• Monitors and analyzes data and recommends solutions for effective delivery of instruction/program service.
• Develops processes to ensure timely and quality content delivery.
• Creates and maintains training and program documentation. Delivers training and related resources (teaching aids) to students, faculty, and staff as assigned.
• Collaborates with a variety of UNT stakeholders to complete work.
• Works with students on a variety of issues related to online courses.

Supervisor makes assignments by defining objectives, priorities and deadlines, and assists employee with unusual situations that do not have clear objectives. Employee plans and carries out assignments and resolves problems and deviations in accordance with instructions,policies and accepted practices.

Typically has no supervisory responsibility for staff but provides informal guidance and support to new team members, as well as on-the-job training on specific tasks required to perform job effectively and procedures to follow. May supervise hourly or student employees.
