The Faculty Staff Help Center, a part of University Human Resources at Stanford University, offers professional and confidential counseling for individuals, couples and families, including bilingual counseling, to address both work and personal issues. The Faculty Staff Help Center also offers workshops, discussion groups, consultation, departmental training and facilitation services for difficult conversations.
Position Summary: As the Help Center Counselor, you will have demonstrated experience in Brief Therapy and working in a clinic setting. If you are someone who is passionate about working for an internal employee assistance program and has strong therapeutic skills in Brief Therapy this position will both motivate and challenge you.
