About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Graduate Enrollment Management, the graduate administrative coordinator will serve as the point of contact to manage all fellowships, internal, external SGA, GSS, Diversity and department awards as part of the enrollment management team for new and continuing PhD and Master’s level students. The graduate administration coordinator will assist with timely creation of award letters to coincide with offers of admission to Bouvé for MS and PhD students. Monitor and track graduate and PhD stipend/tuition accounts consistent with university policy. Timely monitoring of awards for continuing students with SFS as needed. The position will assist with Conditional Accept tracking of missing admission materials for all graduate programs and communicate items to be submitted within the first semester of enrollment. As the administrator for this process, this position will communicate with applicants as needed and place administrative holds as needed to ensure compliance and materials are received. The conditional accept tracking will be for all incoming Bouvé MS/Phd students. This position will also help with admission related activities such as process application materials, respond to admission inquiries and host information sessions.
Qualifications
The primary work location for this position is the Boston, MA campus. This position currently operates under a hybrid model, requiring a combination of on-campus presence along with a remote work option. The remote work location must be reviewed and approved. The specific work schedule will be dependent upon the operational needs of the Office of Enrollment Manageme, and the hybrid model is subject to change based on business needs and college and university policies and guidance. The interview process will begin immediately and may be conducted remotely or in person.
