The University of Bradford is looking for a full-time self-motivated general duties porter with a friendly, helpful manner and a commitment to safety, to join the Portering team.

Key responsibilities include: responding to adhoc and planned tasks such as the set-up of classrooms for teaching, examinations and high profile events; office moves; waste collection and food and postal deliveries across the Campus.  

The role involves driving University vans around Campus and the city and the lifting and moving of equipment, furniture and waste. 

The successful applicants will be able to use a computer and committed to delivering high quality customer service in a fast moving environment.

This position is full-time 36.25 hours per week, working compressed hours over a 4 day period.
