• Supporting the implementation of initiatives for equal opportunities and anti-discrimination at IT:U under the direction of the Equal Opportunities Officer
• Organizing and coordinating workshops, training sessions, and events for students, lecturers, and staff
• Assisting in data collection and reporting on the effectiveness of equal opportunity initiatives
• Serving as a contact person for inquiries on equal treatment topics and providing resources
• Helping to maintain and update various communication channels on this topic
• Collaborating with student organizations, departments, lecturers, and other stakeholders to

promote diversity, equal opportunities, and inclusion at the universityIhr Profil

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Education, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Previous experience in DEIB-related work, event coordination, or administrative support
• Ability to facilitate discussions and training sessions on EO topics
• Strong organizational skills and project management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cultural competence and sensitivity, as well as an interest in working with diverse groups
• Very good English skills, additional language skills are an advantage
