The Opportunity

The Facilities & Technical Services Manager will support the Facility & Infrastructure Manager in the management of buildings, facilities and services across the Biomedicine Discovery Institute (BDI), Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences.  As the successful candidate you will be responsible for wide range of strategic and operational activities including overseeing and delivering high quality technical services, management of projects, providing operational and administrative support to all researchers, staff, students. The position provides leadership within the BDI Infrastructure Team in the delivery of high-level and professional services and effective achievement of BDI priorities and provides expert advice at both strategic and operational levels.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience and management expertise within laboratory facilities management
