Executive Director, MBA Admissions

NYU’s Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity on our MBA Admissions team for an Executive Director to lead the Admissions staff for its flagship two-year Full-time MBA Program as well as its Fashion & Luxury and Technology Focused MBA Programs toward achieving the overall goal of attracting, admitting, and enrolling a large and diverse pool of the best and the brightest students. Develop and execute strategic plans by Program that optimize the classes across KPIs in Quality, Size, and Composition. Lead and develop teams that manage the Full-time MBA Programs’ live marketing events planning and execution, diversity recruiting, digital marketing and advertising, and enrollment management as well as the Customer Service and Operations functions for all of MBA Admissions. Advise Vice Dean and consult as appropriate on broader program considerations.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s Degree in Higher Education or MBA is preferred) and 10+ years of progressively responsible professional level experience in leading and developing a team focused on marketing or admissions or recruitment operations or student services or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Related experience at a large, urban, business school is preferred. The selected candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, leadership, and strategic planning and data analysis skills. Proven ability to envision, build and direct the implementation of effective marketing, recruitment, and retention efforts with quantifiable results, and knowledge of standard office software are also required.
