Executive Assistant Sr.


Provides professional administrative support to an Executive Leader for UVA Health System.
  • Provides administrative and secretarial support services to an Executive Leader of the Health System.
  • Processes correspondence and information received.
  • Manages the flow of information through letters   memos filing systems fax e-mail and telephone.
  • Maintains the schedule and calendar for the Executive Leader of UVA Health System.
  • Coordinates with necessary staff and external contacts ensuring that events and meetings are facilitated in an effective manner.
  • Performs overall office management include purchasing of all equipment and office supplies and day to day management of the Departmental budget.
  • Assists in the development of Departmental policies and procedures.
  • In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

                      

Position Compensation Range: $24.24 – $38.78 Hourly

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Diploma.
Experience: Five years experience in administrative support role.
Licensure: None
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
