Exam Office Assistant

Description of duties:

Reporting to the Chief/Deputy Invigilators, prepares materials needed for each exam space/row including:

  • Photocopying
  • Counting exams
  • Collating booklets, multiple choice answer sheets & exams
  • Maintaining records of material allocated
  • Preparing written exams and answer sheets for pick-up and delivery.
  • Assists with distribution of exam materials to invigilators before the start of exams and ensures that completed exam tallies are accurate at the end of exams.
  • Moves boxes of paper supplies using dollies Acts as a resource person to the deputy.
  • Answers basic queries from professors and students.
  • General office duties as required.

Period of employment: 

  • Exam Office – April 8-  May 3.

Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities

Attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure and make decisions. Punctual and available for the full duration of the period of employment. Able to lift and carry heavy materials such as boxes full of exam booklets.
