Reporting to the Associate Director, Alumni Advancement, the Engagement Officer is charged with managing the events, programming, and volunteers for their portfolio which includes determining budget allocation, method of resourcing, relationship management, retention, and recruitment of key volunteers. This role will support ongoing engagement and networking opportunities for alumni while also advancing the mission of alumni advancement through regular communications to build alumni engagement and encourage advocacy, and philanthropic support of the University.

This role offers part-time hours, totaling 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule. The successful candidate will primarily work on-campus with hybrid work opportunities. Additionally, occasional weekend and evening hours may be required to facilitate events and reunions.

Normal Hiring Range $35.70 – $42.84 per hour
