Department Summary | The Office of Marketing and Communications tells HSC’s stories, using creative ways to engage internal audiences, prospective students and community members. We map out and implement strategic marketing and communication plans in collaboration with HSC departments and schools to showcase the university and its work in education, research and health care. |
Position Overview | This position provides utmost professional consultation and management of marketing projects for the Office of Marketing and Communication’s partners. Ensures successful and brand-elevating projects are accomplished on schedule providing an extraordinary experience. Assist in creating, recommending and implementing marketing programs and campaigns for projects and services for the institution. |

Job Duties
o | Work directly within ad dashboards for paid social media campaigns and email marketing campaigns. Plans, creates, and implements onlinemarketing strategies, paid search and paid media. |

o | Develop and adapt HSC’s procedures and policies for running paid web media campaigns. |

o | Work with web developers and content developers to create web assets such as conversions, landing pages, forms, images, and copy for use incampaigns. |

o | Provide conversion tracking and reporting with basic reports, dashboard creation, and scheduled, automated reports. |

o | Act as the point of contact and coordinator for outside vendors carrying out web marketing related tasks. |
