The Office of the University Registrar is dedicated to providing the highest levels of student, faculty, and staff service and maintaining the highest level of academic records integrity and security. The department is currently seeking a qualified Course and Classroom Scheduling Specialist in the Course and Classroom Scheduling office. The Course and Classroom Scheduling Specialist will provide administrative support to the Assistant Registrar for Academic Support. Duties of this position include class and academic event scheduling using CollegeNet’s 25Live, as well as a variety of detailed level tasks related to the course catalog, class schedule, and classroom scheduling using the PeopleSoft Student Information System. Knowledge of Registrar’s Office and University policies and procedures are required to complete all duties. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are required. Successful candidate will exhibit ability to communicate via telephone, email and in-person to individuals throughout the University. Accuracy and self-reliance are essential for this position.


Baccalaureate degree preferred. Incumbent may substitute education for years of work experience.
