Assistant Professor

The department broadly seeks candidates with research foci in applied and computational mathematics. It is especially interested in applied probability, stochastic processes, and related fields, including statistics, high performance computing, data science, and stochastic differential equations. Demonstrated excellence in research and potential for external funding is expected. Candidates should additionally have a proven track-record of, and interest in, highly effective undergraduate teaching. Candidates should hold PhD or Doctorate in a mathematical science or equivalent and have 2 years experience teaching and research at the collegiate level.
