Description
The Clemson University College of Education seeks a highly-qualified candidate to fill a full-time position at the rank of Assistant/Associate Professor in the Department of Educational and Organizational Leadership Development (EOLD). This 9-month appointment will begin in fall 2023 and has a special focus on leadership for high-needs rural schools. The position involves conducting research, teaching courses, and advising graduate students in the Doctor of Education (EdD) in Education Systems Improvement Science Program and other P-12 educational leadership programs, and providing service to the university and scholarly and practitioner communities. The successful candidate will have a strong record of research experience and scholarly impact, effectiveness in teaching, and commitment to service in higher education and P-12 settings.
