Arts Technician

Covers drama and related technical positions that do not meet exemption status requirements base on role or regulatory salary floor requirements. These jobs are mostly found in Drama and related areas. Some illustrative titles include Audio Engineer, Piano Technician, Seamstress, Draper, Print Shop Technician, Carpenter, Painter and Photographer.

Arts Animator:
Responsibilities include creating character animation in Maya by leveraging the principles of animation to create  appealing animated sequences.
• Work with the director to establish a performance through blocking animation and reference.
• Refine blocked animation into spline and polish. Meet with the director for feedback and incorporate feedback into the final animation
• Create assets and props that are necessary for the animated performance
• Upon approval, render sequences and iterate on sequencing to best match audio narration
