Job Description:
This position is responsible for providing day to-day-administrative services in support of the Legorreta Cancer Center at Brown University. Responsibilities and tasks include scheduling and coordinating logistical support for meetings, events and conferences; assisting faculty, staff, and visitors with travel plans and expense reports; maintaining administrative data files, member lists and website for Center; processing purchasing requests and supplier invoices; and providing back up support to other administrative staff.
Education and Experience
Associates degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of related administrative experience,
Experience in an academic or non-profit setting preferred
General accounting experience strongly preferred.
Prior calendar management experience strongly preferred
or equivalent combination of education and work experience
