Your mission:

• Coordinate and support business related projects for the team
• Collaborate with team members and other assistants to organise trainings, seminars, and events
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and errands or additional support to leaders as required
• Travel and meeting management
• Maintain the intranet page and internal communication
• Create and maintain reports, presentations, manuals, and other documents

Your profile:

• 3+ years of experience providing administrative support to organizations and executives
• A team player, with exceptional interpersonal skills, time and priorities management
• Excellent English required, additional languages are considered an asset
• Organised, communicative, with an analytical mind-set
• Willing to travel up to 20%
• Good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is mandatory

Our Offer:

• Start: immediate start date possible, considering your availability
• Location: Group office Vienna – Marxergasse 4A, 1030 Vienna
• Duration: unlimited contract
• Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
• We offer a compensation package starting at € 36.800 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills, and qualification.
